Eligibility Criteria

Application Process
Nomination by Department Chairs:
- Department Chairs are responsible for nominating potential candidates for the award. A Nomination Form and a cover memo ranking applicants must be submitted to the Dean of the Graduate School.
- Departments should use photocopies of documents for submission rather than originals.
- A selection committee, with representatives from each eligible department, will evaluate candidates.
Notification:
- Successful candidates will be informed by March 2025. Departments are expected to secure commitment from recipients by March 14th, 2025. If there is a national response date, adjustments to the deadline may be made upon notification to the Dean.
