Eligibility Criteria

- Eligible Countries: Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, Djibouti, Mauritania, Comoros, and other African countries.

- Institutions in recipient countries conduct internal recruitment to identify qualified candidates with the greatest potential to strengthen their institution’s capacities upon their return.
- Note: Clinical training in pharmacy, medicine, and dentistry is excluded.
- Quota System: Candidates are selected based on a quota system, which allows recipient countries to define their own training priorities and the level of training needed for institutional development.
