The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program is a competitive international leadership initiative that empowers young professionals through workshops, roundtables, and collaborative policy discussions. Who Can Apply?
You are eligible if you:
- Are between 25 and 35 years old
- Hold citizenship or residency in a country within the Atlantic Basin (Africa, North/Central/South America, Europe, Caribbean)
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Can commit to the full 6-day leadership program
- Have a strong record of leadership in business, policy, academia, civil society, or social development
