Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:

1. Nationality:
   • Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed above.
   • Must not be a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand.
2. Enrollment:
   • Be applying for the first time to the University of Waikato for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
   • Not have already paid tuition fees at the time of application.
3. Offer of Admission:
   • Hold a conditional or unconditional offer of admission from the University of Waikato.
